## Welcome Back!!!

Welcome back 8th grade students! I’m excited to begin the school year. If you click on this link before August 10, and you’re wondering what you should be doing with all your free time…LOG into ALEKS! You’ll be working on it soon and it will count as a huge part of your class grade (a project grade to be exact) so take advantage of this time and start preparing for your last year at BCCS!

As far as materials go…get yourself:

- 3-ring binder (1.5 inch should work for math and a few of your other classes)
- dividers
- a few boxes of pencils (or mechanical pencils and plenty of extra lead)
- highlighters
- erasers
- loose leaf paper (college rule works best for most students) for your binder
